The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the Tennis Club playing privileges & access to all Tennis & Pickle-ball events and activities. Use of Athletic Club, Swimming Pool, and Spa Locker room. Dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however.
