Known for their good coffee, breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, pizza and daily specials, Red Hills Market is also a wonderful place to stock up on local wine and gourmet goodies. And do not forget their famous cookies for a delicious sweet treat!
Alit Winery
If you are a wine-lover or if you want to try something new we cannot recommend Alit Winery enough! Located across the street from Red Hills Market, Alit is an innovator in the Oregon wine industry, offering a wine club model that passes along wholesale pricing to its members. Most of all, they make amazing wine! Partnering with vineyards in both Oregon and in France, their wine-making philosophy is to farm organically and minimize intervention, with the goal of letting the flavor of the fruit and the elements of the land shine through. Do not sleep on their champagne imported from France If its available when you stop by – it is a game-changer!
The Christmas Cottage

Your guests will love the expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and retreating to the beautiful bedrooms after a day of beach fun – especially the Oceanview king suite that takes up the entire upper floor. On the main level the chef’s kitchen and great room overlook the large wrap-around porch with views out on to the neighborhood and greenspace. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, including the bonus bunk room, and another full bathroom. On property amenities like a community green space, playground, seasonal pool (currently closed), fitness center and community firepit are neighborhood amenities the whole family will enjoy. A private hot tub in back of Beach Dreams is the perfect place to rest and recharge after a day at the beach – which is just a five-minute stroll away.

You will be Knee Deep in Happiness in this Olivia Beach home that is pup-friendly and sleeps up to 13 guests. This 4 bedroom / 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers two living spaces, so it is well-suited for travelling with family and/or friends – there is plenty of room for everyone! There are inviting gathering spaces inside and out. Inside you will find cozy fireplaces, comfortable sofas, and room to watch movies – and even a foosball table! The outside space is great for gathering – a firepit perfect for s’mores, BBQ area and a hot tub made of cedar that will make you feel like you have your own spa in the backyard. Things to Do in Olivia Beach
Nelscott Beach
Nelscott Beach is a beloved stretch of coastline in Lincoln City. The beach itself is a popular spot for surfers and beachcombers alike, who might be lucky enough to find agates, jasper, quartz or even a coveted glass sea float as they hunt along the shore. Nearby Nelscott district offers lots of shops and restaurants to explore.
Lincoln City Outlets
If shopping and getting great deals says vacation to you, look no further than the Lincoln City outlets. Offering more than 50 designer and name brand shops to peruse as well as places to eat, your inner-shopper will be incredibly happy. Our favorite stop is the local outlet of Scout Northwest Trading company – where we always pick up some local goods as well as our favorite Yeti gear.
Prehistoric
If you have a kiddo in your life who likes dinosaurs, a stop at Prehistoric in Lincoln City is an absolute vacation must. You may want to prepare them to be greeted by the sounds of a life-size baby T-rex as you enter this unique store filled with fossils, rocks, crystals, and other geological treasures. You can mine for gold and crack a geode (we highly recommend both activities) and make some dinosaur-themed vacation memories at Prehistoric.
Read’s Candy
Saltwater Taffy, seafoam, and other Oregon Coast candies as well as an extensive selection of gummy candies and chocolates are on offer at local favorite Read’s Candy shop. If you are lucky, you might even see the old fashioned-taffy machine in action, making saltwater taffy come to life before your eyes!
Best Places to Eat Near in Olivia Beach
Olde Line Lanes Pizza and Bowling
You may go to Olde Line Lanes for the retro bowling vibes but you will stay for the excellent food! Locally famous for their mouth-watering pizzas and fried chicken, we have yet to find anything on the menu we did not like! Also serving craft cocktails and beer and wine, Olde Line Lanes is great for bowling and dinner or for takeout, too!
La Roca
This local favorite, family-owned Mexican restaurant also happens to be a short walk away from Olivia Beach, making it a perfect choice for a family-friendly (and budget-friendly!) dine-in or takeout choice. We love the fajitas and burritos the most!
Thai Bay
In the mood for good Thai food? Locals love Thai bay for their authentic Thai recipes, super fresh and in-season ingredients, and warm and friendly service. We love their curry dishes (all of them!) as well as their basil shrimp rolls, pad Thai and pineapple fried rice.
