A custom gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, a 6-burner gas stove, a double oven, an incredible polished stone island, and a matching breakfast bar with seating for eight is amply equipped for memorable feasts; an additional table in the formal dining room seats ten.

If you prefer to dine outdoors, the magnificent patio with its arched roof and open vistas brings you a large gas grill, fireplace, sitting area, and dining table so you can enjoy sunset evenings by a crackling fire. A hot tub extends the pleasure with a soak under the stars.
