You'll really love this beautifully remodeled 2BD/2.5BA + den/office condo at the popular Palm Valley Country Club. This "Sycamore plan" unit features a sleek and sophisticated interior and is situated on one of the most desirable lots in the country club, offering expansive views of the fairways, lakes and snow-capped mountains. The interior features custom architectural details, enhanced with LED lighting and many other designer touches throughout.
The open concept living area features a large comfortable sofa around the fireplace and HDTV, a wet bar, dining area and spacious kitchen with center island, breakfast bar and access to the dining patio and barbecue grill. There is also a laundry and powder room off the kitchen. The adjacent den/office/media room offers a versatile space to enjoy your favorite audio/video entertainment, get some work done, or accommodate an occasional overnight guest on the sleeper sofa.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley CC is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the individual property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
